Yeah I will admit that sometimes I do pirate games for this very reason, just to 'demo' them if possible. My disposable income isn't what it was due to outrageous inflation and price gouging over the past 3 years, so I have to be very mindful of what I can afford to spend my money on.įolks that pirate, they have their reasons and most of them probably wouldn't do it any differently. This is one of those games that I may very well need to actually delve into reviews or at the very least gameplay footage to find out if it may be something I would like to play. I'm not sure how Starfield will fair, if it'll be like an Oblivion/Skyrim game, but in space or if it'll be better. I went back and played Morrowind over Oblivion and Skyrim. I'm interested in Starfield, but I haven't been a fan of TES series since Morrowind - Oblivion was awful and Skyrim was just slightly better, but not better enough to hold my interest. This doesn't mean that I'm going out to pirate something, but this does mean that I'm not going out to buy other things that I may have purchased several years ago when I had more free income to be used. These days, compared to 3 years ago, I'm spending easily $4k more a year when it comes to fueling up my vehicle and paying for groceries.
